This is the day you meet your teams and nominate who will coach/team manager and where/when you train.  Nominations will be reviewed and then the final appointments determined by the Committee and the selected coaches and managers advised.  Thanks to those who have already put their name forward to be considered for a coach or manager position this year.  If you are thinking about taking on one of these roles please let your team know on the day as I am sure you will find it a rewarding experience.  In addition, the Primary Coach and Manager both receive a $50 discount off next year’s registration fees.

Come to this day knowing what days you can train and if you can volunteer your time to take on a coach or manager role.  Please be flexible.  Most parents have to juggle several commitments through the week so individual flexibility is required to make training work.  Often it will come down to what day the coach is available to do training. The Club provides training to the coaches and managers and further assistance through our Director of Coaching.

The following times are when each age group will meet on Saturday 25th Feb.  Please remain outside the hall until your group is called in.

Under 6,7,8 – 8.20am
Under 9,10,11,12 – 9.00am
Under 13 and above – 9.40am
Conclusion 10.10am

All team lists will be displayed outside the hall for you to see.  Please use your phone to take a photo of the team and be sure to note the names and numbers of those who nominate to be your coach/manager.  Your Manager will email you once their position has been confirmed by the committee.
